"A cloth is not woven from a single thread." With nearly a century of business and network marketing experience between them, the founders of GoYin are well prepared to lead GoYin to success. They bring vibrant leadership, wisdom, and far-reaching expertise to an industry that offers all people, regardless of previous background and experience, the opportunity to achieve financial independence and security.
Anthony has 40 years of experience in direct sales. As co-founder and vice president of a traditional direct sales company, he crafted the growth strategy that lifted the company to the pinnacle of its category. He then founded a consulting firm in Washington, D.C., which influenced the success of other companies. When his wife enrolled in a network marketing company, he assisted her in reaching the highest level of what became a global billion dollar corporation and a standard of the industry. Anthony and his family lived in Shanghai, China in 2005 and 2006, where he became acquainted with the benefits of the 5,000 years of research and development behind Traditional Asian Medicine. His vision is to see the wonderful nutritional benefits of GoYin improve the lives of millions of people in the Western world and to also bring that gift back to Asia so that inhabitants there may benefit as well.
During his 20 years in the network marketing industry, Daren Hogge has built a reputation as a dynamic leader with the ability to turn vision into reality. He began his career in the industry as a financial consultant to one of the founding companies in the network marketing industry. It wasn't long before the head of that company invited him to join the executive team as Director of International Finance. After receiving outside recognition for the policies and procedures he established that would allow the company to support rapid future growth, Daren was asked to assume the responsibility of creating and also controlling that future growth. With this new assignment, Daren moved into a role that seemed tailor made for him. Under his leadership the company opened many new markets and increased its success in those that were already established. The company experienced record growth each year and the distributor force more than tripled. After several years, Daren was tapped to become CEO of another international network marketing company which had been acquired by his company. Prior to the acquisition, the company was on the verge of bankruptcy. This would have put thousands of hardworking distributors out of work. Daren felt compelled to make a difference for the distributors who would have lost their own businesses if this company closed down. Under his supervision, sales skyrocketed from approximately $3 million to $83 million per year. Daren has traveled extensively throughout the world. On one particular visit to Beijing, China, he had an experience that set him on a quest to discover a perfectly balanced TAM supplement. GoYin is the fulfillment of this quest.
Brent Barton was raised on a dairy farm in rural Utah, where he learned to work hard and pay attention to details. Brent's education brought him into the world of finance. But Brent was an entrepreneur at heart, and it wasn't too long before he founded his own company. Success in that endeavor led him to start other companies and then work as a consultant helping companies of all varieties and sizes move forward from failure to financial stability. Over his nearly three decades of experience, Brent learned that, ultimately, success comes from gaining a detailed understanding of all aspects of a business and then making sure that each process is executed flawlessly. Building on his business experience and his life-changing encounter with TAM, Brent decided to co-found GoYin.
James Porter learned to love the rich traditions of China and to respect the wisdom of following TAM principles of balance while living and working in Taiwan and Mainland China. It was there that he also learned to speak fluent Mandarin. After earning a Masters Degree in international business, he was offered a new position with a direct sales company that would attain a billion dollars in sales. Rising quickly through the ranks, James was selected as assistant general manager of the company's Taiwan operations. His responsibilities included oversight of legal, distribution, and distributor support. After returning from Taiwan, James directed staff and systems throughout all of Asia and worked to ensure that every element was in place for the success that quickly followed, particularly in Mainland China. Sometime later he began looking for a new challenge, one that would bring not just satisfaction over a job well done, but also the fulfillment of knowing he was doing something that would make a difference to people. When he was introduced to GoYin by Daren and Brent, James immediately grasped their vision. He became a co-founder, adding another dimension of leadership to the company that is making TAM accessible to a waiting world. |
